Terms of sale and use

These terms apply to purchases made from this site by consumers resident in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.

1. Parties

The seller is Vermalle Store (Karl-Marx-Allee 1, 10178 Berlin, Germany), reachable at [email protected].

2. Orders

An order becomes a contract when we send the order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order if the item is unavailable, pricing was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud — in such cases we refund any amount already collected.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is processed by an external provider through a secure link sent by email after you place the order. We never request card details on this site.

4. Delivery

See the shipping page for rates and times. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details on the returns page.

6. Statutory warranty

The statutory two-year warranty for non-conformity applies (Directive (EU) 2019/771). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and within the scope of mandatory consumer-protection law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where the law permits us to limit such liability.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by German law; consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
