Shipping across Europe

We ship from Berlin to every EU/EEA country, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland.

Rates and times

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. From dispatch:

• Standard EU — €9: 5–8 business days. Free on orders over €200.
• Express EU — €19: 2–3 business days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland may attract local import duties and VAT. These are charged by the destination country's customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't moved for more than five business days, please write to [email protected] with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
