Returns and right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to return an item

1. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, citing your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and a return reference.
3. Pack the items unworn, with all original tags and packaging. Drop the parcel at the carrier counter listed on the label.
4. We'll refund the order to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt.

What can be returned

Anything purchased from this site, with the following standard exclusions: items that have been altered or visibly worn, and any sealed underwear or swimwear where the seal has been broken (hygiene grounds, Art. 16(e) Consumer Rights Directive).

Shipping costs

Standard returns are free within the EU. For UK, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland the return shipping label is at cost — we'll quote the exact amount when you start a return.

Faulty or wrong items

If you receive something faulty or that we shipped in error, write to [email protected] with photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost and arrange collection.
