This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Order data: name, contact details, shipping address, items ordered.
• Contact form messages: name, email, message content.
• Newsletter: email address (only if you subscribe; you can unsubscribe from every email we send).
• Technical data: IP address and a basic User-Agent string at the moment you place an order, used for anti-abuse only.

Lawful basis

• Contract performance — for orders, delivery, returns and customer service.
• Legitimate interest — for security, fraud prevention and basic site analytics.
• Consent — for the newsletter; we ask before we send.
• Legal obligation — for accounting records.

Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by tax law in our country of establishment (typically up to 10 years). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months unless they relate to an active order.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
• Have it rectified or erased (Art. 16–17).
• Restrict or object to processing (Art. 18, 21).
• Receive a copy of it in a portable format (Art. 20).
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the lawful basis.
• Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (Art. 77). In Germany this is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the shop — payment provider, carrier, email sender — under written data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

This site uses a minimal set of strictly necessary local storage entries (cart contents, applied promo code, selected shipping option). No third-party tracking cookies are set by default.
